  1. Remove is incomplete because files on the network were in use during the removal process. When you restart this workstation, the Remove program will attempt to remove these files.

  3. Before you restart this workstation, make sure no one is using the files you want to remove from the network.

  5. The files that were in use are listed in the following registry key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER:

  7. Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InstallTempFiles
  8.  
  9. Click Restart to restart the workstation and finish the removal process now.
